“Monster Clean ( Jim Stallings ) cleaned the wall to wall carpet throughout our two story four plus bedroom home and cleaned and resealed the tile floor in the kitchen, laundryroom area.   We contacted three other carpet cleaning services who came to the house, all four provided a written estimate ( one nationally known and two local firms ), one only cleaned both carpets and tile.   All were higher in price than Monster Clean.   Jim was the only one that when shown specific areas of concern ( heavy traffic, or stains etc. ) said "I can get those areas clean " and he did. The others said "I will do the best I can but not sure I can get it all out." We were please with the service provided and the look of the floors ( carpet and tile ) when he was finished. “Cleaned carpet and moved furniture to clean. They worked together to get the job done. Business like and friendly. Do not hesitate to hire them. The job they do is far superior than {NATIONAL FRANCHISE}. They did not leave a lot of water in carpet. Carpet dried fast. Pet stains that have been in carpet for several years are gone. “I cannot say enough about the services we received from MonsterClean on July 17th. As a gift to a young mother of two small children, I offered to paint their living room while they were on vacation. When I arrived, I found that the carpets and furniture were ruined with markers, spills, and an untrained dog. In fact, when Jim arrived to quote the job, he told me we would be better off just getting new stuff. He was honest about what he could and could not do and did not try to over sell me with empty promises. I assured him I was not expecting miracles but a miracle is what I received. As I watched him clean one room, my jaw just dropped watching the transformation. It was like watching someone take an eraser to a blackboard. When he finished it looked like new carpet. His next task was the upholstery; all of it light colored and all of it covered with spills. When he was finished, there was not one sign of a spill. “We had the carpets cleaned about a year ago by another well known company and it was a disaster. The carpet was left soaked and while drying rippled up in areas. It took 4 days to dry and had to be restretched after that. We were worried about trying another company but decided to check out Angies list for a company. We contacted this company and they were responsive to our concerns. They arrived on time and even moved the furniture around and cleaned the carpets. Stains that I did not think would ever come up ...did come up and within about an hour the carpet had dried! Imagine our happiness with this. The carpet looks great and we would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again.”

“Overall outstanding, I have used Stanley Steamer in the past but no more. Jim showed up on time and explained the process of his cleaning equipment and how it work, I was sold. After seeing the results the only word that fits is AWESOME. The carpets look like new and actually got out stains that previous cleaners could not. The one thing I liked is they took their time explained and answered all my questions. The whole process took about and 1 1/2 hours and they did closets too. He completed the rugs two hours ago and the rugs are just about dry. I will never use another carpet cleaning company other than Monster Clean.”

“I have 4 dogs and one is still not potty trained(any suggestions?) and I again needed a good through cleaning. I called Jim and made any appointment. He was on time. Came in looked at the carpets and gave me a very reasonable price. I had many dog peepee spots-he got them all. He moved furniture I was not even asking him to move-all included without extra charge. I paid him-he left. My carpet looks & smells GREAT! Dog stains gone! Odor gone! And in no time-the carpets are dry. “Jim cleaned my wall to wall carpet throughout the house. Now, this is 10-year-old carpet and three dogs have lived, loved and generally have done their thing on this carpet. He cleaned a double staircase, 5 bedrooms, a playroom, family room, living room and dining room by moving the furniture, pre-treating the carpet for spots, and shampooing. “MonsterClean re-stretched two small sections of carpet, cleaned carpet, and treated for a pet stain and odor. Due to the fact that we own residential rentals; carpet cleaners are not new to us. In general we have seen them all. After seeing the Monstercelan ad in Angies List for a couple of months it was decided to give the Monsterclean a shot. Jim arrived at appointed time, completed small carpet repair, did necessary spot treatment (including and eradicating a pet odor). It was then he brought out the big guns to do some serious cleaning. The job was done in a professional manner, not only to our liking, but to Jims satisfaction. Some carpet was white that had not been cleaned for 12 years, and now looks brand new. Nothing is perfect, that evening when putting things back in order a small 3-by-1 section of carpet was found that needed a little second shot of cleaning. Call Jim set up appointment for following day, Jim arrives corrects problem and all is well. Attitude is everything. From day one and including call back one could not ask or expect any greater attitude then that as show by Jim. I assure you that Monsterclean is now our only carpet cleaning service for any of our needs. In closing I must tell you our appointment for next years cleaning has already been set with Jim and is on our calendar. Nice to know that we now have one less thing to worry about.”
