Pet odor generally must be quoted in person.
Remediating a pet odor problem usually involves cleaning the pad and subfloor along with your carpet. It is a multi-step process, that can generally be accomplished without having to lift the carpet.

• The procedure
• Flood the carpet and pad with a mild acid to disolve organic salts (urine crystals) and extract that flood.
• Flood the carpet and pad with a peroxide and detergents to further break down and remove organic matter, then extract that flood.
• Flood the carpet and pad with a live bacteria and a deodorizer designed for urine odor eradication, then extract that flood.
