How to prepare for our arrival


  • Thoroughly vacuum before we arrive

  • Ensure electric services are turned on (if you want us to use our highly effective rotary tools)

  • Reserve at least one 10 foot wide parking spot for our truck
    • Near the entrance we will use for our hoses

  • Remove these
    • Small items such as dining chairs, magazine racks, floor plants, floor lamps, chair matts, etc.
    • Remove area rugs that we are not cleaning
    • Remove items from top of furniture that we will be moving

  • Pin these up so they are at least 4 inches above the floor
    • full-length draperies.
    • Telephone, computer, and extension cords

  • Tell us about . . .
    • any spots or stains which may require special techniques.
    • any broken or loose furniture legs
    • Loose carpet seams or loose ceramic tiles
    • problem / recurring spots ( we can prevent these )

  • If your home is very large (ten rooms or more), or you are having ceramic tile cleaned
    • Help us find an external water spigot (for hose to refill water at our truck)
    • Help us find your sanitary sewer "Clean Out" pipe. (so we can legally empty recovered dirty water)

  • Keep pets, children, other contractors and guests clear of the work area

  • Plan to restrict (minimize) traffic in serviced areas for at least two hours after our technicians depart the worksite
