Residential Carpet Cleaning

$90.00 for the first room
$40.00 each additional room
Stairways are counted as 1 room. A stairway is a full flight of stairs between floors.
Halls up to 15 feet in length are free, then billed at $1.00 per foot past the first 15 feet.
Closets are free
There is a $30.00 set-up charge (per floor) for work performed above the second floor. ( add charge to each floor above the 2nd floor )

Residential Upholstery Cleaning

$10.00 to $15.00 per linear foot (feet in length) measured across the back
$5.00 each loose / removable cushion

All residential services count toward meeting our minimum residential service charge of $90.00.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

$150.00 Minimum Service Charge
$0.185 per square foot open / unobstructed areas
$0.225 per square foot in and around office furniture / obstructed areas
There is a $60.00 set-up charge (per floor) for work performed above the second floor. ( add charge to each floor above the 2nd floor )

All commercial cleaning services count toward meeting our minimum commercial service charge of $150.00
