$0.185 per square foot open / unobstructed areas
$0.225 per square foot in and around office furniture / obstructed areas

All commercial cleaning services count toward meeting our minimum commercial service charge of $150.00.
Add $30.00 to any service scheduled for week-end performance.

Residential Carpet Cleaning

$90.00 for the first room
$30.00 each additional room
Count stairways as rooms
Halls are cleaned at $1.00 per foot in length
Closets are free

Residential Upholstery Cleaning

$15.00 per linear foot (feet in length) measured across the back
$5.00 each loose or removable cushion

All residential services count toward meeting our minimum residential service charge of $90.00.
Add $30.00 to any service scheduled for week-end performance.
