Government Facility Cleaning Services
How to prepare for our arrival
- Thoroughly vacuum before we arrive
- Reserve at least one 10 foot wide parking spot for our truck
- Near the entrance we will use for our hoses
- Remove these
- Small items such as office chairs, magazine racks, floor plants, etc.
- Chair matts
- Breakable items from furniture that we will be moving
- Pin these up so they are at least 4 inches above the floor
- full-length draperies.
- Telephone, computer, and extension cords
- Tell us about . . .
- any spots or stains which may require special techniques.
- any broken or loose furniture legs
- Loose carpet seams or loose ceramic tiles
- Make security arrangements if necessary
- Military:
- At base Pass & I.D. office
- provide a copy of our work order at least 24 hours before we arrive
- deliver list of MonsterClean personnel and Vehicles requiring access to the base
- Ensure availability of escort with master keys to open locked doors
- Arrange for sentry personnel to guard penetrations in building security envelope. (hoses must be run from truck into building, possibly requiring external doors remain open)
- If your facility is large, or you are having ceramic tile cleaned
- Help us find an external water spigot (for hose to refill water at our truck)
- Help us find your sanitary sewer "Clean Out" pipe. (so we can legally empty recovered dirty water)
- Keep non-essential personnel clear of the work area
- Plan to restrict (minimize) traffic in serviced areas for at least two hours after our technicians depart the worksite
